We have an exciting opportunity for a Policy, Planning & Performance Manager to join our in-house Investment team for a fixed term period of up to 13 months to cover maternity leave. You will ensure we have the right data and market insight to be able to set our future property strategy. You will play a key role in shaping our plans for key initiatives including our Home Standard and sustainability strategy.
This role plays a pivotal part in our business with ensuring there is alignment regarding our planned investment plan, new homes plan and our sustainability strategy and having strong effective relationships is the key success for this. If you have exceptional customer and stakeholder management skills, have the confidence to challenge and consider yourself to have impressive influencing skills, then we want to hear from you!

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and is known as a ‘roaming’ position. This means you can be located at any of our offices in Wolverhampton or Tewkesbury and your working week will be split between working in the office and home. You will also be required to travel to the different offices for meetings, therefore it is essential that you have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
Due to the nature of this role, it will also be subject to a Basic DBS check.
