IT Business Analyst

What you’ll do:
- Manage and coordinate new and existing Demand Scoping/Evaluation activities.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and support the identification of suitable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business representatives, domain leads and subject matter experts.
- Lead the production of Business/Systems process mapping and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
- Support costing activities and scheduling activities by the delivery teams.
- Adhere to the IS&T Delivery processes and procedures using accepted tools and templates.
- Support regionalisation and continuous improvement processes and tools.
What you bring:
- Experience working in an ITSM setting desirable (e.g. ServiceNow, Zendesk, Ivanti, BMC, HEAT, Cherwell)
- Proven experience as a Functional / Business Analyst in diverse settings.
- Excellent customer requirements elicitation and analysis skills with the ability to translate to operational and functional specifications.
- Solid experience in translating customer requirements to User Journeys / User Stories / deliverable technical requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate workshops, demonstrations and training.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite, particularly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Experience of working with stakeholders at all levels.
