Calling all Painters & Decorators!

We are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator who is also a skilled Tiler to join our talented and busy Property Maintenance team and help refurbish and maintain our homes in Bishops Cleeves/ Evesham/ Cheltenham and the surrounding areas.

What could you be doing?

You will play an important part of a busy team delivering properties to the required standard for our customers. Your work will be varied, no day will be the same! Located within 30 minutes of Bishops Cleeve you will be an important part of a busy team delivering properties to the required standard for our customers. You will have a passion for detail as well as the ability to work on your own initiative. It's a tough task and our expectations are high!

We want somebody who can:

A team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service. 

We want somebody who has:

Served an apprenticeship in Painting and Decorating or obtained an equivalent City & Guilds qualification

Be skilled in tiling to deliver a full tiled room

Good organisational skills 

Experience of keeping jobs on track 

Takes ownership, responsibility for their tasks and has a right first time approach

Has some additional trades skills

Works well alone but also as part of a team

The drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently whilst meeting strict deadlines

Full clean driving Licence 

As you will be working in customer’s homes you will also need a DBS check.
