The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role should possess the following qualifications and skills:

A proven track record of leading sales within the general haulage or road transport industry.
A farming background or proven successful sales experience in agriculture is mandatory, as you will be responsible for the UK market.
Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in logistics sales.
Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
Self-motivated and driven to take initiative.
Possession of a full UK driving license.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with customers.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales..
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
