circa £14,416 per annum, actual (£21,625 per annum FTE) + excellent benefits! *

Fixed Term contract until August 2024

25 hours per week - Ideally the hours will be worked over five days, however, for the right candidate we can be flexible and are willing to discuss preferred working hours if you are selected for interview.

What you’ll be doing

This role sits within our recruitment team and reports directly into our Recruitment Lead. As our HR Administrator you’ll play a key part in ensuring our candidates have a smooth onboarding from start to finish.

Day to day, your to-do list will be filled with everything from initiating references and DBS checks through to creating offer letters and employment contracts, and ensuring new employee’s details are entered into our payroll system accurately so they can be paid correctly.

We might be biased but we believe we are a friendly, approachable, and supportive team. While there is a plenty to be done and a high standard of accuracy required, we will all work together to achieve what we set out to.

Who we’re looking for

Ideally you will have previous experience in an administrative role, as well as be confident in interacting with stakeholders, by telephone and email. Knowledge of HR or recruitment related process is advantageous, but full training will be provided on our ways of working. You will also have:
