We are looking for a Marketing Officer to join our Communications Team here at HCRG Care Group
This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient, effective marketing communications between the business and target audiences, such as health and care workers and health and care commissioners.
The post holder will support the Marketing Manager in the planning and delivering a marketing communications programme which grows the organisation and effectively communicates our EVP through the employer brand.
We are looking for someone to join us on a full time, permanent basis. You will have the opportunity to work hybrid between our head office in Runcorn and home over flexible hours to suit you e.g. condensed hours over 4 days

Your main responsibilities are:
· Support the Marketing Manager in delivering a programme of communications which maximizes the utilisation of the marketing resources towards the delivery of the organisation’s strategic objectives
· Support, either directly or through the provision of toolkits or similar, effective marketing plans and campaigns to support the delivery of critical projects (such as the launch of a new product)
· Produce marketing materials by developing and authoring a variety of communications in a variety of formats (including but not limited to written, video, presentations)
· Managing the work coming into the Marketing Service Desk and ensuring it is responded to and/or allocated appropriately.
· Develop, monitor, respond, post across, report on and create campaigns for our social channels in line with the social media strategy
· Review, update and improve our websites (both corporate and services) implementing our website strategy
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is passionate and driven with the following experience:
Essential
· Internal stakeholder management and networking experience
· An understanding of England’s health and care system, particualrly the role of Commmissioners and the independent sector
· Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel and PPT, with additonal knowledge of using marketing tools such as Wordpress, Hootsuite, Campaigner etc
· Experience of managing social media for a brand or business
· Ability to write concisely for different audiences across different media
Desirable
· Educated to a degree level
· Related degree or professional qualification
· Solid understanding of the Health and Care sector
· Member of a prfessional trade body such as CIPR, PCRA or CIM with a commitment to continuous professional development
· Good photography and videography skills and experience of editing video for use on various platforms
· Good design skills and and experince of working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign)
