The Role

Job Title: Support Worker

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 2 week rolling rota

We are looking for a dynamic Support Worker who will improve the lives of young people on their journey to independence.

As a Support Worker you will assist young people through providing support at the point when they are offered their supported accommodation and helping them gain the skills to move on to living independently. 

You will undertake key work sessions and work closely with Social Care to understand children in need and child protection. You will also provide support to build key living skills such as budgeting, maintaining a home and engaging with necessary services.

You will have excellent communication skills, a strong people focus and a creative and innovative approach to working with people.
