Southeastern is seeking an experienced, talented eCRM Manager to join our busy Marketing department.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing this key role manages and implements Southeasterns eCRM strategy, including email copy and design, the QA process, database management and customer acquisition to deliver ticket sales, revenue and essential customer information.

Our perfect candidate will be highly commercial with an understanding of how to use eCRM to engage and inspire our customers to travel by train.

Someone with excellent working knowledge of data manipulation and reporting tools within an email marketing platform including both Excel and Power BI.

The right person will have the ability to develop and utilise database segmentation and targeting via transactional data with a passion for analytics and data, together with the creative flair to create stand out customer email campaigns.
