Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and we are looking to recruit a Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineer for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Rossendale area.

Hourly Rate & Package

Hourly rate including shift allowance £21.30.
During training & Induction including shift allowance £17.60.

Rotating Day/Night Shifts

Continental shifts including weekends.

Qualifications
Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship.
HNC in Electrical Engineering.
17th or 18th Edition.
Experience Required
Conducting effective preventative and reactive maintenance.
Deal with machinery breakdowns.
Fault finding.
Able to work with PLC’s and 3 phase.
Maintain drives and control systems.
Able to read electrical drawings.
Repairing equipment.
Previous experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
This role is suited for a Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineer who wants to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. There is opportunity to work overtime when it arises so you’re able to enhance your yearly income. You will be required to maintain machinery, equipment and perform general maintenance around the company. You will need to work closely with the production team to ensure the factory is running at full capacity.

The right candidate will be hands on, have the experience/knowledge & the qualifications required and want to progress in a forward thinking company.
