This position is up to 35 hours per week with flexible hours and hybrid working available.

What You Will Be Doing

Compliance Monitoring provide assurance to the Senior Leadership team, including the Board, that the Skipton Group are meeting FCA regulatory requirements, with a key focus on the fair treatment of customers. 

You will be completing reviews on a diverse range of topics across the various business areas within the Skipton Group.  You will:  work closely with and have the support of an assigned colleague; collate your findings into a report; and will liaise with colleagues in the Society throughout all stages of the review.

Your findings could help shape Society wide processes and procedures which will have a positive impact on both customers and colleagues.

Experience 

  • Practical knowledge of SBS ‘Financing a home’ and ‘Making money work harder’ products and services. 

  • CeMAP or equivalent qualifications and/or Financial Planning qualifications desirable but not essential.
