If you have answered yes to all the above, we have a fantas tic opportunity available which has arisen in our Compliance Monitoring team.
This position is up to 35 hours per week with flexible hours and hybrid working available.
Compliance Monitoring provide assurance to the Senior Leadership team, including the Board, that the Skipton Group are meeting FCA regulatory requirements, with a key focus on the fair treatment of customers.
You will be completing reviews on a diverse range of topics across the various business areas within the Skipton Group. You will: work closely with and have the support of an assigned colleague; collate your findings into a report; and will liaise with colleagues in the Society throughout all stages of the review.
Your findings could help shape Society wide processes and procedures which will have a positive impact on both customers and colleagues.
You have a passion and focus on making sure that the right outcomes are achieved for our customers.
You understand how to identify risks and assess whether the controls in place to manage these risks are fit for purpose.
You can develop great working relationships and influence colleagues across the business and within the team.
You have good organisational skills, written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to deliver high quality reviews and meet deadlines.
You can work independently and alongside others
You are resilient and respond positively to feedback.
Experience
Practical knowledge of SBS ‘Financing a home’ and ‘Making money work harder’ products and services.
CeMAP or equivalent qualifications and/or Financial Planning qualifications desirable but not essential.
