Salary: £competitive + £4,320 car allowance

Residential Management Group has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to manage a mixed residential portfolio, consisting of RMCs (Resident Management Companies), L&T (Landlord & Tenant), Developers and Estates and small & large blocks.

You'll be homebased, working flexible and living conveniently located to make a least quarterly site visits to your property portfolio across Essex, Herts, North/East/West London

What will you be doing?

You will be managing a residential property portfolio consisting of residential blocks and new estates, supported with superb systems, robust and efficient processes, a 24/7 customer service team, extensive back office and finance support, and a strong senior management team – to enable you to deliver a property management service that is second to none.

You will ensure services are carried out in accordance with lease agreements and monitor the collection of service charges to fund necessary works.

To be a successful Property Manager, what will you have?

  • Block/Property Manager experience
  • AIRPM qualified
  • The ability to understand leases, service charge budgeting and associated legislation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confident and customer centric
  • strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
