Role Profile

The Email Marketing Executive will support the CRM Marketing Manager with deployments of Pardot Marketing campaigns. The role holder will be guided by the single customer view to build, test and deploy Pardot campaigns. They will work with the other Marketing Managers within new business, cross-sell, retentions, and care.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Leverage single customer view to build, test and deploy campaigns across multiple channels. This role will master Pardot to design and construct effective communications (primarily email) to meet marketing and business goals.
  • Liaise closely with sales support team to make sure Leads are being successfully passed from Pardot into Lead Manager.
  • Support the CRM Manager to guide the flow of data driven by propensity models and insight and work in close collaboration with the Data & Insight team.
  • Trial novel new approaches – all underpinned by Pardot capability.
  • Produce real-time reporting in collaboration with the Data & Insight team.
  • Review existing processes, procedures, and business performance to make recommendations that drive better efficiencies and systems use.

Success Measures

  • Drive higher engagement stats in dynamically driven Pardot campaigns.
  • Increase the volume of Pardot campaigns to the base including triggered campaigns.
  • Increase the number and quality of leads passed to Sales.

Experience

  • Experience using a marketing CRM platform, ideally Pardot.
  • Comfortable with HTML managing and manipulating data and providing valuable insights that support the CRM Manager.
  • Experience in optimising marketing communications; reviewing results to recommend and implement changes.
  • Marketing experience preferably within Financial services (Insurance and Payments).

Qualifications and other requirements

  • CIM or similar marketing qualification (desirable).
  • IT literate, with knowledge of the effective use of technology to deliver a marketing campaign.
  • Location: Within commuting distance of Sale, Manchester.
