Royal Armouries Museum and New Dock Hall is a purpose-built events venue hosting events from 10 – 1200 people.
This role will suit a Sales Executive from a similar style hospitality business, who can come in and hit the ground running!
To proactively process enquiries for a number of events and to actively work as part of the sales team to increase and enhance revenues achieving overall targets. Proactively selling the facilities by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations. To consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.
To ensure high level of conversion of bookings to achieve and exceed targets set. Ensure to work with event planners effectively in order to provide a seamless handover for final event details

Who you are:• 2 years’ experience in a Conferencing/hospitality environment (essential)
• Previous sales and account management experience
• Organised
• Good financial knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
