HR Coordinator

Purpose:-

To assist with the day to day operations of the HR function by providing clerical support and updating employee records.

Main activities:-

• To record and report on absence daily both on a morning and afternoon
• To provide references & confirmation of employment for those that require them
• Recruitment; assist with booking interviews and inductions in the absence of the Recruitment Coordinator
• New starter preparation: create TMS profile and prepare clock cards
• Update employee records with changes
• Ensure all documentation is scanned and saved to personnel files
• Ensure stationary levels are maintained
• Complete return to work interviews with individuals and any health and safety meetings or re training required for people returning from absence
• Complete Stage 1 absence reviews
• Acceptance of resignation letters
• Complete HR paperwork at induction with all new starters
• Translations and support for the HR team where required
• General administration tasks to support the HR team and business
• To maintain excellent communication within the team
• To ensure a safe working environment is kept for all colleagues
• Report any Health & Safety issues to the Management

• Discretion and Confidentiality
• Excellent IT Skills specifically Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills at all level of a business
• Flexible working approach
• Hands on approach and a drive to get the job done
• Experience with recruitment would be advantageous

Hours of work

4 on 2 off
6am-3pm & 2pm- 11pm rotating
