The Role

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexible working options

P3 is excited to announce that we’re recruiting for a Marketing Manager, a new post within our newly expanded Communications and Marketing Department.

This post is an incredible opportunity for a creative individual who wants to take the reins on driving a new marketing and branding strategy that sees P3 sit front and centre in the hearts and minds of our many stakeholders.

The Marketing Manager will work within the Communications and Marketing Department to increase P3’s brand recognition and reputation, fostering strong relationships among our stakeholders and developing our reputation as a trusted service provider. The ultimate aim is to increase our fundraising and volunteering scope, support our recruitment of new staff, develop relationships with potential landlords and build relationships with tenants.

The Marketing Manager will lead on this by developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that uses creative approaches to engage with our many audiences. The successful candidate will be an old hat at social media and will get excited about testing new ideas and products and monitoring their impact and ROI. They’ll like to stay on the cutting edge, researching modern, creative ways of communicating and impacting change. This is a new role, so a great opportunity for someone to put their stamp on it and really have an impact.

At P3, we’re all about people, but to excel in this role, you’ve gotta love people. You’ll love talking to them, hearing their stories, getting their input and co-producing campaigns and media that inspire, foster brand trust and recognition and support P3 to deliver on its mission.

You’ll go beyond simply telling a story and will be hard-wired to want to affect change and inspire people to take notice and take action. You’ll be an out-of-the-box thinker who likes to try new approaches and really understands market testing, audience segmentation and the four Ps of marketing.

We’re looking for someone experienced in marketing who can hit the ground running. You don’t have to come from a third-sector background, but you do need to live and love our mission and values.
