We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Officer to play an important role within our sales team based in Portsmouth. This is a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working within the Communications team and other colleagues across the business.

As a sales & marketing officer, you’ll liaise with our sales manager to determine marketing strategies suitable for our target audience, ensuring we’re within our marketing budget, and actioning marketing in a timely manner. You’ll be working with our sales manager and peers to establish and deliver the Sales programme, with appropriate procedures and reporting in place, resulting in our product range selling rapidly.
You’ll be responsible for managing and developing VIVIDs enquiry and application databases, and customer communication. While ensuring that our sales and investment objectives are achieved in accordance with our financial plans and targets.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales/marketing professional to join our team. While a degree level qualification is desirable, you’ll have a general understanding of social housing and the housing market, and an understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements for new homes sales and letting. You’ll have experience in new home sales and marketing, and a track record of meeting deadlines. Ultimately, you’ll have the interpersonal skills necessary to support managers and peers, and the ability to adapt your communication to the level necessary, and will be determined to succeed and grow with VIVID.
