Business Development Director

We’re looking for a hungry, passionate and experienced Business Development Director to join our growth and retention team at Levy UK & I.

As Business Development Director within Levy, you will have an in-depth knowledge of the stadia and arena market in the UK, including food and drink operations.

You will be responsible for building sustainable relationships with key venue stake holders, managing successful tender and retention processes and closing multiple tenders to achieve our teams growth targets.

Whilst your focus will be on the UK stadia and arena sector, you will also work with our teams in Peppermint, KERB and Payne & Gunter, supporting the growth in market share for these partnerships.

Our Business Development Director will;

• Develop a strategic growth and retention plan for the business
• Identify prospect partners with an 18 to 24 month lead time
• Manage and maintain relationships through an extensive entertainment programme
• Work with the Levy functions to develop world class winning solutions
• Gain new partnerships for the Levy business
• Help shape the future of our growth strategy

The successful Business Development Director will have;

• Great knowledge of the stadia and arena market
• Experience within food and beverage industry 
• A desire to win
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Confident communicator with great presentation skills
• Top notch numerical skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team
