We are looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join our team in Portsmouth. This is a full time, permanent position, working 37 hours per week. 20% of this is office based to promote collaboration and team working with the Sales team and across the business.

We’re looking for someone to assist in the administrative delivery of our sales and aftercare service, ensuring that our new homes objectives are achieved in accordance with our financial plans and targets.
As a Sales Administrator you’ll build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. And you’ll maintain accurate correspondence with the delivery team and customers of newbuild VIVID homes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all sales/aftercare CRMs are processed or redirected in a timely manner and will be comfortable working in a busy environment and meeting deadlines.
You’ll have office administrative experience, and the ability to maintain spreadsheets and database records. You’ll be proficient in the use of IT, and MS packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook. As a Sales Administrator you’ll hold excellent communication skills both oral and written, with an ability to adapt communication to the level of the audience. While a qualification in business administration – or the willingness to work towards this - is desirable, experience and the determination to succeed are most important to us.
