We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Legal, Governance, Assurance and Risk team as Assistant Director of FE Subcontracting.

This job is pivotal to the delivery of our subcontracting strategy across all seven colleges and shall provide assurance to NCG's Senior Leadership team that our subcontractors are effectively managed and monitored to deliver exceptional and compliant education to our students.

Within the role you will have the opportunity to undertake activities at all stages of the subcontracting cycle, whilst being the first point of contact with internal stakeholders and with our subcontractors relating to all FE subcontracted delivery.

You will need to be an exemplar leader with experience of working in the further or higher education sector; and applying a range of management and leadership skills to inspire, motivate and drive high-performance within our network of national subcontractors.

You will be expected to have a sound understanding operating educational funding streams, effective report writing, financial management and problem-solving skills.

NCG offers hybrid working. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site to meet the needs of the business. As a minimum you will be expected from our Newcastle campus at least one day per week.
