DCT Recruitment Ltd are looking to expand their team with a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

DCT Recruitment Ltd is a provider for Temporary and Permanent recruitment solutions across the UK. Operating within Construction, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality sectors. We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant who can sell, account manage and resource if necessary. There will be opportunity to grow and progress within the organization as the business grows you could have the potential to become a branch manager and become a share holder within the company.

If you are an expert in Construction, Industrial, Commercial or Hospitality sectors and want to grow a division within these sectors or branch into a new sector to develop your skills then this will be the role for you.

Working hours are 730-430 Monday to Friday.

The job Role:

* Managing and Servicing a number of clients
* Bringing on board new clients
* Resourcing for roles
* Carrying out onsite inductions
* Building Long Lasting Relationships with clients and candidates
* Working with DCT Recruitment to grow and build a strong presence across the North West

A company laptop and phone will be provided. Mileage will be claimed for client visits.
