We're currently recruiting a dedicated Warehouse and Packing Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

- Monday to Friday 07.00am t0 15.30pm (Flexibility will be required)
- Working Bank Holidays if required

More about the role:Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the Warehouse and Packing Teams
- Ensuing all areas of H&S are followed and See Care Share policies and procedures, risk assessments are implemented and adhered to.
- Ensure the availability of safe, legal and quality products and materials that meet customer orders and specifications.
- Responsible for the technical and hygiene standards for each area taking ownership of the GMP, CAYGO, cleaning and corrective actions.
- Organise and manage the stock. (Stock Rotation/Stock Control/Usage) – Good understanding of stock control and material variances.
- Proven track record of training staff members, assessing and reviewing performance informally and formally via appraisals.
- Dealing with any HR issues, managing holidays, absenteeism, return to works and disciplinaries
- Reporting into the Factory Manager

- Previous experience on the role preferred
- FLT Licence preferred but not essential.
