We are looking for someone who is passionate for what they do, maintain a high standard of quality in their work, punctuality and someone who can manage their own time effectively.
What will my working week look like?
The hours of work are 23.5 hours on a 3 week rota basis, as summarised below:
Week 1: Tuesday 10pm-8am, Wednesday 10pm - 8am
Week 2: Sat & Sun 10pm - 8am
Week3: Tues & Wed & Thursday 10pm - 8am
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will supervise the Scheme out of hours, responding to housing emergencies and managing safety and security. You will ensure excellent customer service is achieved, performance is maximised, and all activity supports the achievement of Your Housing Group’s vision and is reflective of older people’s aspirations.
