Technical Services Deployment Manager

What you’ll do:
  • Undertake due diligence and mobilisation tasks for new contracts, ensuring statutory and mandatory compliance.
  • Implement and provide training on the Technical Services Framework and Operations Manual to account teams.
  • Establish and maintain high trust relationships with clients, account teams, and staff.
  • Lead the technical services due diligence activity and escalate significant risks as necessary.
  • Compile due diligence reports in a timely manner using approved templates.
  • Provide operational and technical advice to current and newly deployed accounts.
  • Support accounts in addressing issues encountered during due diligence by assisting in the development of action plans.
What you bring:
  • A recognised apprenticeship or BTEC IV/HNC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • IOSH Working Safely or equivalent, or willingness to complete within 3 months of employment.
  • Experience in delivering and/or mobilising Hard Services contracts.
  • Demonstrable experience of successful contract deployment within a hard services environment.
  • Competent with MS Office, with the ability to produce reports, financial spreadsheets, and bespoke one-off reports as required.
  • Excellent project management competencies and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Flexibility in approach, with good time management skills and the ability to manage work-life balance while accommodating significant travel requirements.
