We're looking for a Sales and Commercial Coordinator to join our team at Buxton.

In the role of Sales and Commercial Coordinator you will be responsible for: 

• Supporting the Sales and Service Strategy by the delivery of excellent Customer Service.

• You will consistently drive customer excellence in line with the Tarmac Way 

• Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling and processing all incoming calls and emails.

• Placing the orders onto AX in line with TBP procedures. 

• Will focus on managing our customers’ orders, provide proactive communication, support Territory Managers in maintaining and developing customer relationships and also ensure that our plants and vehicles are optimised. 

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales and Commercial Coordinator you will be responsible for: 

• Experience of delivering excellent customer service 

• Experience of planning and scheduling 

• Experience in call centre environment (desirable) 

• Proficient use of Microsoft Dynamics AX (desirable) 

• A proven track record of being able to “add value” 

• Relevant Product Knowledge (desirable) 

• Negotiation 

• Ability to influence 

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal 

• Ability to use full Microsoft Office suite
