Your role

To provide technical expertise and manage HR issues within the factory HR Department. You will take the lead providing generalist HR support as part of the wider HR Team, acting professionally and ethically at all times for the benefit of the company and its employees.

What you’ll need

• HR experience – relevant to the level of role
• IT literate – proficient in MS Packages
• HR Data base experience
• Highly developed organisation skills
• Excellent communicator
• Valid Driving Licence
• Flexibility with working hours across a 24/7 operation
• Working towards a 3rd level qualification in a related field or CIPD/equivalent qualification
• HR Experience in the manufacturing industry
