As a Front of House Assistant at Sodexo in {insert location}, you will be the first impression for our Virgin Atlantic Lounge guests and ensure the service they receive is world class!

What you’ll do:

•       Be a vital part of the front of house operation by ensuring the Virgin Lounge experience is seamless for all guests.
•        Provide excellent customer service with a dedicated and helpful approach.
•       Living the Virgin values in everyday activities and incorporating Sodexo values in alignment with the clients
•       To assist Virgin and Sodexo Management with requests
•       Improve the quality of life for those we are serving   

 What you bring:

•        Previous experience in catering hospitality, fine dining or banqueting environment
•        Understanding of food hygiene and customer service
•        Excellent customer service skills
•        First class communication skills and to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
•        The ability to demonstrate great team work
