Lowri Beck, part of the Calisen Group, is in an exciting and strong position where we are seeing growth and development in all areas of the business. We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our contact centre based in Wigan Town centre. The successful applicant will be working within our data services teams, taking inbound calls as well as contacting customers via outbound calls to take meter readings and book appointments.
These are permanent, part-time roles working evenings 20 hours per week, between 4pm – 8pm on a hybrid basis working from home, with travel to our Wigan office at least 2 days per week, with a salary of £11,440 per annum.
