Business and Executive Support is a central business support function which is aligned to meet the requirements of Staffordshire County Council and which fulfils the needs of the organisation as it evolves. This role will sit within the Families & Communities team.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe postholder will provide a proactive, comprehensive, administrative and business support service to the senior team within the Educational Psychology service, allowing them to manage and coordinate teams effectively and efficiently in their work supporting children and young people, families, schools and other agencies. This role also requires experience in servicing various formal meetings, including; organising venues, issuing invites and minute taking, the production of accurate records and the distribution of reports within agreed timescales.
Flexibility, problem solving skills, listening skills, a confidential approach and the ability to work to tight deadlines are all vital for this role.
This role will be office based with home working opportunities.
