The Role
Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Are you looking for a career in IT where you will gain experience and development?
Our IT team are looking for someone with superb communication skills, a keen interest in all things tech, and the ability to learn our systems and processes quickly. You will need to be comfortable working as part of a team and on your own.
If this sounds like you, you’ll be a perfect fit for this role and will join a thriving, growing, and award-winning national charity as an IT Support Analyst to help the organisation get the most out of IT.
Key elements of this role include handling incoming requests for support, investigative troubleshooting, system implementation, and hardware inventory maintenance including the set up of equipment and asset management.
You will be well supported by a small team of experienced technicians to provide user-focussed, professional support service.
This role is perfect for an individual looking to gain more experience and/or progress a career in IT, whilst at the same time helping to deliver social good and the mission of the charity.
