We are looking to appoint a part time (18.5 hrs p/w) Business Officer to provide administrative support as LAC Health team within the Children in Care Service.  This is a permanent role and will be based at Noble House, Ely. 

 The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of Windows & Microsoft packages (including Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience of using client databases.

You will need to be self-motivated, organised and flexible, with the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise and forward plan. 

 You will be required to provide high quality administrative support to the team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience within the Local Authority and develop knowledge and understanding of Children's Services.

 The role involves liaising with colleagues, professionals and members of the public over the phone, email and face-to-face, so excellent communication skills are essential. An understanding of confidentiality and data protection is imperative.

 It is important that you evidence on your supporting statement how you meet the essential criteria of the person specification.
