Leaf Recruitment are looking to recruit a focused Recruitment Consultant to concentrate on placing candidates into permanent and temporary roles across the industrial and driving sectora.

Responsibilities will include developing the database, selling the services of the company to local and national business and achieving both activity and financial targets set.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism. You will be a people person who gets great results from building long term relationships with candidates and client contacts and thrives on winning and chasing new business as well as account managing existing clients.

Planning, self-management, tenacity and ambition are desirable qualities if applying for this role. There is an open-ended career path where you can set your own promotional targets. Previous experience in a recruitment agency environment is essential and Industrial, driving or commercial sector experience is a must. You will need to have a full UK driving licence and car for this role.

Basic salary £26K per year with excellent gross profit bonus scheme. OTE £40K in year 1.
