We’re recruiting for a talented and experienced Software Test Analyst who’s up for the challenge of working with us, it’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the Software testing space. This a permanent position, working 37 hours a week, with the flexibility of a mix of home and office working.

Here’s the facts about the role:

As Software Test Analyst, you’ll be responsible for testing Vivid’s suite of in-house and supplier provided software applications to validate quality, which in turn helps Vivid excel and delivery great service to our customers. You’ll participate in functional workshops and demos to learn products, create test scripts based on user stories, execute manual test scripts and help triage and reproduce bugs from users and testing.

You’ll look at be responsible for systems analysis, functional and non-functional testing and defect management. As such you’ll need to proactively engage with the business to understand how the software will be used. Ideally you’ll need strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps Test Plans to record test cases, a good understanding of BDD based tooling (e.g. SpecFlow) for automated test case creation with the ability to support UAT testing would be beneficial also.

You’ll be experience in software testing with experience of testing web-based software. You’ll need Microsoft Dynamics testing experience and excellent knowledge of integration testing, performance testing and user acceptance testing.

Ideally you’ll hold a Computer Science/IT related degree or equivalent who’ll demonstrate an excellent understanding of Microsoft DataVerse, Azure DevOps for task management and an Agile Scrum method of working.
