Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator

30 hours per week over 4 days Monday to Friday (0.8 FTE)

Based in Great Warford Alderley Edge SK9 7UD

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Admin Support to join the Clinic administrative team.

The successful candidate will undertake general reception/administrative duties, including answering the telephone, maintaining appointment calendars, records and spreadsheets, archiving and some health and safety duties.

In addition you will be responsible for administrative duties such as arranging meetings, supporting reasonable adjustments for the individuals attending clinic and obtaining and reporting customer feedback.

The successful candidate will be warm and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills; they will be flexible and committed to working as part of a team and excellent at planning and organising. Experience in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn how to use medical and care record systems within the role. Experience working with people with learning disabilities is essential.
