This is an exciting opportunity to join our People and Development team. We are looking for a People and Development (HR) Apprentice who will join our existed team of talented individuals, to support all aspects of the colleague journey, across the entire employee life cycle.

Based in Newcastle College, you will report into the Senior People & Development Partner (North region).

You will support in the provision of a highly effective and seamless administrative and support service, to positively impact upon the candidate experience and the colleague journey across our Colleges and Professional Services.

You will be provided with a mentor and undergo training and gain work experience across a range of services including recruitment, employee administration and people data and systems, whilst working towards a Business Administrator Level 3 Qualification.

We are looking for someone who is ready to take their first step into a career within human resources. You will be a excellent communicator and able demonstrate a customer focused approach to work.

The ability to work flexibly is essential for this role; our P&D team is a busy and thriving department to work within. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, with continued professional development opportunities available for the right candidate.
