As a BAU Logistics lead at Sodexo in Cambridge, you'll will be responsible for leading the way, contributing to our corporate sites continuous improvement and operational excellence.   What you’ll do:  

• Act as the first point of escalation for all Logistics requests

• Oversee the Mailroom and Waste teams, ensuring service delivery is on time and to the clients required standard

• Identify potential risks and communicating any issues as required, whilst striving for continuous improvement and process development

• Ensure administrative compliance at all times

What you bring:  

• Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial

• A keen eye for detail – nothing goes unnoticed 

• Experience following and advocating strict guidelines, processes and procedures

• Excellent communication skills: ability to connect and work with a range of customers and clients from various levels

• A pleasant approachable personality, with a patient manner and proven team leading skills
