Property Manager £competitive + £4,320 car allowance

Residential Management Group, part of the Places for People Group, have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to manage a mixed residential portfolio, consisting of a mixture of RMCs, L&T, developer business and estates. With a mixture of small & large blocks.

You will be predominantly homebased and ideally live within an hour of Slough/Windsor, to be able to make regular site visits to your property portfolio, which is predominantly in and around Watford, Hounslow, Slough, Reading & Swindon.

Our first-rate Property Managers are supported with superb systems, robust and efficient processes, a fantastic 24/7 customer service team, extensive back office and finance support, and a strong senior management team – to enable you to deliver a property management service that is second to none.

You will ensure services are carried out in accordance with lease agreements, manage service delivery and set service charge budgets. So an understanding of service charge budgets and accounts is essential.

To be a successful Property Manager, you will have……

• previous property management experience; ideally block management
• the ability to understand leases, service charge budgeting and associated legislation
• excellent organisational skills ; with the ability to handle multiple admin/processes
• knowledge of Health & Safety
• a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Whilst previous property management experience is required, above all, a customer centric, can-do positive attitude is essential. As you’ll be joining a small team, we’re also looking for a solid team player!
