Our Contracting South business unit is going from strength to strength with recent successes in the Midlands and Southeast. As a result of growing demand, we’re looking for a Construction Manager to lead construction activities on our SDF schemes.

The Construction Manager will be the main point of contact for all construction related queries from ECI to delivery, leading from the front, ensuring the effective delivery of the SDF schemes. You will be the subject matter expert on all things highways/civils construction and lead the site with quality, health and safety in mind, in addition to, delivering an efficient and impressive project for the client.
The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have relevant civil engineering and construction experience including VRS, with a relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent) along with CSCS, SMSTS qualification and be FISS accredited, Black FISS card would be desirable.
You will have a hands-on approach to the commercial and planning aspects of schemes and the ability to produce and explain accurate plans and drawings. Good management skills, with the ability to motivate employees to achieve high standards of compliance.
