Currently recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager for a manufacturing company based in Coventry. This will be a permanent position, within a family run business that are experiencing a lot of growth.

Continuous Improvement Manager
Location: Coventry.

Salary:
• Up to £43,000.00 per year + regular overtime

The Job:
• For the role of Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be analysing, maintaining and improving organisational performance.
• You will be expected to use your process and management skills to effectively design, lead and implement various projects.
• You will be working a day shift, and there will be some expectation of overtime as and when required.

Job Requirements:
• For the role of Continuous Improvement Manager, you must have experince with Continuous Improvement
• Experience with project planning/process management
• Lean Sigma 6 Experience highly beneficial for the role of Continuous Improvement Manager
• Ideally from an Aerospace or Oil & Gas background


Shift pattern:
• Permanent Days (8:30am – 5:00pm)
