We are currently recruiting for a  Design to join our studio team where you get to be in a fast-paced and creative environment where your ideas come to life! The studio is friendly, fun and full of exciting challenges that will help you develop your skills. Our managers encourage teams to get out and see what’s happening in the wide world of retail, where they can find new ideas and inspiration. Development days/sessions are encouraged, so the team can learn from each other as well as new trends in the market!

• Producing commercial 3D gifting, wrap and party designs to a set brief;
• Designing new, and formatting existing artworks;
• Producing accurate 3D products & packaging from concept to print.
• Designing customisable 3D gifting, wrap and party for use online;
• Research and development for new style guides for upcoming ranges.

• You will be a midweight designer;
• Greeting card/3D gifting experience preferred;
• Thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, esp. Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Versatile design skillset;
• Strong typesetting skills;
• Knowledge of print limitations and experience of using finishes;
• Strong 3D technical knowledge for product and packaging templates and setup.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines;
• Strong communication skills;
• Plenty of enthusiasm for creativity and design.
