Wilson Recruitment are recruiting for a Guest Ambassador to work for a well renowned financial
company.
The client prides themselves to provide first class financial services to their clients’ portfolio and international cooperation’s. The client is looking for a dedicated Guest Ambassador to cover their sites across UK (mainly the South of the UK) and the Channel Islands.

As Dedicated Cover Guest Ambassador you are responsible for assisting/covering various roles. Guest Ambassadors are the first line of support in case of planned and unplanned absences, training, holiday and vacancy cover.


Role:
• Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
• 40 hours per week
• Shift pattern – depends on the individual office but ordinarily between the hours of 7am to 6pm
• 8 hours per shift
• National coverage – meaning you will be accommodated in hotels between Mondays to Thursday / Sunday to Thursday, then travelling home for weekends
• The main offices you would be covering are Birmingham, Cardiff, Bristol, St Albans, Reading, Cambridge, Guernsey and Jersey.
• All traveling expenses and accommodation are paid in advance / arranged by the client


Salary & Benefits:
• £29,000 per annum

Guest Ambassador:

• To provide excellent service to clients and customers
• Meet and greet clients when they arrive for their meetings (some would be travelling from abroad)
• Help to cover reception duties
• Supporting back of house team with scanning requests
• Setting up meeting and conference rooms
• Helping with hospitality requirements for meetings (coffees/ teas / lunches)
• Booking meeting rooms and help to answer incoming calls
• Support the hospitality team with serving business lunches in the client restaurant
• Any other “hands on duties”
• Maintain the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
• Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner
• Support the Facilities team as required in all aspects of their role, such as scanning, archiving, desk counts, managing contractors etc. to work as One Team in providing what is needed behind the scenes to support our clients
