We have an exciting opportunity to join our ambitious team as a Project Manager, taking responsibility for delivering a range of housing projects, which could include S106, land led or design and build schemes, which may include MMC. These homes will be a range of tenures, including affordable and some open market sale, all of which contribute to achieving our strategic aims.

You will undertake financial management of the schemes, including scheme appraisals and accurate cashflow forecasting, you will provide accurate information to enable robust programme monitoring, you will also assist with and prepare internal approval and outturn reports for schemes. You will be the key contact for internal customers including our sales and localities colleagues.

As part of a team of existing Project Managers you will have a great peer support network, working together to deliver the corporate aspirations, collaborating across the entire New Homes Team, identifying, recommending and helping to implement process improvement across the board.

Bromford offers remote and flexible working which means location isn’t as important as finding amazing colleagues, however this role will look after delivery in the Gloucestershire & South Gloucestershire area so knowledge of the area is essential. The role could also could involve extensive travel and will include remote working and remote management.

We want you to be somebody who has:

  • A proven track record of delivering a variety of new build development projects in a housing or construction setting
  • Experience of the end to end management of projects, from inception to completion and advocates cross team working.
  • Great communication skills, who can work across all levels of the organisation and encourages peer to peer collaboration and team work
