Eastlight Community Homes has a new and exciting opening for a Multi skilled Plumber to join our team on an immediate basis!
If you are an experienced Plumber, are customer focussed, can effectively problem-solve, and have excellent attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Multiskilled Plumber you will play a front-line role in the continued development of our residents’ homes, ensuring they are safe and maintained to a high standard by carrying out works and providing a responsive service.
The Multiskilled Plumber:
Support maintenance and repair work within our customers’ homes, always displaying respect and integrity
Completion of reports on domestic installations, and risk assessments
Develop positive professional relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors, and all other stakeholders
Liaise with our customers keeping them regularly updated on planned works and timescales
Installing and repairing water systems in residential properties
Studying and analysing blueprints and drawings to identify systems and install products around existing infrastructure
Comply with health and safety regulations, safe working practices and COSHH assessments
What do I need to apply?
Full UK Driving Licence (Eastlight work van provided)
Proven experience in Multi-Trades / PlumbingLevel 2 NVQ/RQF in Plumbing Installations (or working towards)
Flexibility with availability, including the option of working on an on-call rota
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Key problem-solving skills and most importantly, a can-do attitude

£32,326 annual base salary.
