We are currently looking for a Income Ledger Assistant to join our busy Finance Operations team on a 6-Month fixed term contract.
This is a part-time opportunity working 17.5 hours per week (Wed to Fri) and attracts a part-time salary of £10,589 - £11,766 per annum. Your preferred working hours can be discussed during the interview.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise within Finance and to work with a connected and collaborative team who actively support each other to be the best they can be and to provide an accurate first-class service.
The main duties of the role are to support the team with the efficient and accurate processing of rental income and the sales ledger process, including raising invoices and reconciling accounts.

Excellent ICT skills (Word, Excel, Cloud technologies)
5 GCSE’S or equivalent qualifications
Flexibility around working hours to support the team during month end/year end
Experience of working within a finance, data driven, and high-volume processing environment would be considered desirable.
You will be home-based and will be required to travel to Group offices for team meetings. You will also be needed to attend the Birmingham Business Park office on a Rota to distribute/scan any paper post received for the team.
