Speedy are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Business Partner to work with a specific regional team to provide the necessary commercial support and guidance to enable sustainable business growth.

The Senior Commercial Business Partner is responsible for leading the development, implementation, maintenance, and renewal of customer agreements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and lead on key commercial processes working closely with key stakeholders to maximise the commercial opportunity and profit margin for the company.
  • Help to develop the Commercial Analysts and/or Graduates to ensure appropriate commercial support is provided to the business.
  • Work with the Sales teams and key stakeholders to fully scope the specific customer and buyer motivators and objectives, ensuring that our proposal is clearly aligned to these requirements.
  • Work alongside the Bids and Tenders team to develop value adding, solutions-based proposals which differentiate the company from its competitors, ensuring key USPs are highlighted and brought to life in the submission.
  • Identify and capture innovative product/service solutions and ensure that these are effectively launched internally and externally in conjunction with the Supply Chain and Marketing teams.
  • Pro‐actively manage existing contract documentation to ensure timely renewals, ensuring account plans are monitored closely to achieve budget targets.
  • Ensure all agreements are carefully managed through their complete lifecycle with a clear audit trail of documentation and in accordance with company policies and DoA rules.
  • Support the Commercial Administration team to ensure that all pricing data is input into D365 accurately and in accordance with the customer agreement
  • Attend client meetings as necessary to support the account management teams, i.e. at contract renewal/implementation or to resolve commercial and contractual issues/disputes.
  • To assist the sales leadership to shape improved sales governance and process within the sales organisation.
  • Contribute to commercial, sales, marketing, and channel product strategy formulation as well as supporting the development of key strategic initiatives for the commercial function.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in the Hire, or related, industry.
  • Accountancy or related qualification to degree or equivalent level.
