We have an exciting career opportunity for a Consultant Homelessness Caseworker/ Reviews officer to to provide a remote Statutory Homelessness Reviews service on contract to a number of Local Authorities. The successful candidate will join a small but growing team of Review Officers that have been providing this service since 2015.

Responsibilities of the Consultant:

  • High quality Housing Act 1996 Review decisions
  • Casework which will include enquiries, Reg. 8 letters and final decision letters
  • To arrange training and support for Local Authorities and other contracted clients as requested

The Consultant will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience of working as a Homelessness Caseworker or Reviews officer
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to details
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
