Our Specialist Surface Treatment Division provide expertise in repairing, protecting and extending the usable lifespan of infrastructure roads, footways and other surfaces. Using innovative and unique specialist surface treatment solutions which help maintain safety standards and extend the life of roads by up to 10 years. Due to growth in the department, we are recruiting for a Contract Manager to cover contracts in the South of England, efficiently delivering all secured contracts ensuring management of Key Client expectations, whilst ensuring the compliance with all Quality procedures and safe working practices. You will undertake all works to the highest possible Health, Safety and environmental standards. This role is home based, reporting into Grantham and covering all contracts in the South of England.

The successful Contract Manager will manage multiple surface treatment projects in the South of England and be flexible to support other schemes when required, in addition to supervising and managing ongoing carriageway and footway contracts (directing employees and sub-contractors) ensuring contract compliance and maximum return, taking on all financial responsibility. You will be travelling nationally when required as our scope of works is throughout the whole of the United Kingdom.

The perfect candidate will hold relevant construction qualifications and will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the construction/civil engineering sector and will have a full understanding of Surface Treatments preferably with Surface Dressing contracting activities. You will have experience in managing operatives and plant and material resources.
