We are recruiting for positions of transport coordinator within the transport department of our well established client operating from the port of Harwich.
We are looking for keen, positive individuals who either have direct transport operations experience or have the desire and attitude to forge a career within the transport and logistics sector.
Working within the experienced transport team , you will be learning all aspects of the day to day running of this busy department, in order to enhance the transport operation as well as help you progress to next level within the logistics sector.
Outline below.

• Learning all aspects of a fast paced transport operation.
• Full training given on understanding transport rules and regulations (driver hours, working time regs),along with opportunities to gain industry qualifications.
• Being I.T literate , having excellent command of microsoft programmes (exel, word, powerpoint), using relevant computing skills to learn in-house systems.
• Relevant business to business company experience (either within transport or office based environment)
• Have good geographical knowledge.
• Ability to multi task efficiently.
• Work well with others and in a professional logistics environment.
• Positive willing attitude towards team facing challenges.
• Must be local to Harwich and hold a current Uk driving licence.
