SH Recruitment are working with a growing Recycling company based in Long Marston. We are looking for keen individuals to join our ever-growing team.

Shift Pattern:
Rotating shifts
AM shift
06:3.0-14:30
£11.00ph

Monday-Friday
PM shift
13:30-22:00
£12.10ph
Monday – Friday

You will rotate between both shifts weekly
**Overtime is paid after 40hours at a rate of £16.50ph

Night Shift
21:30-05:30 Monday to Thursday
20:00-04:00 Friday
£14.63ph

Duties will include:
· Ensure all waste is processed within legislation.
· Strictly adhere to health & safety rules, the fire prevention plan and ensure PPE is worn at all times.
· Operate within site and environmental rules.
· Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
· Using your own initiative to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
· Operating a Loading Shovel.
· Moving waste around the yard.

Skills:
· Good communication, with the ability to work within small team.
· Experience in driving heavy plant machinery or trucks.
· Positive attitude and willingness learn.
· Mobile Plant Experience.

Essential:
Hardworking and reliable
Own transport is desired due to location
