An excellent opportunity has arisen in Lloyds British for an Engineering Support Manager to join our team on behalf of one of the world’s largest publicly traded international Oil & Gas companies.

As an Engineering Support Manager, you will ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will supervise and coordinate operations within the branch and deputise for the Area Manager, in their absence.

What you’ll need:

  • Good communication skills and experience of working within a customer site
  • Experience working in the lifting equipment industry
  • Experienced working within a testing environment
  • Experience of using heavy lifting gear or with a strong mechanical engineering background
  • Competent in the inspection of lifting equipment in accordance with LOLER and PUWER.
  • LEEA Qualification/s desirable
  • Customer focused, able to demonstrate the ability to understand customer needs and can get things done.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise work load and work under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Capability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Ability to adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast-paced organisation
