We are a fast moving business so you need to enjoy working at pace and have dedication to take action and achieve results.

Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided for this environment.

• Apprentice trained
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in either a mechanical or electrical discipline
• The ability to liaise and communicate with all levels of staff, ensuring good working relationships with all other department, planning and organising work to suit all business requirements.
• To have the forward thinking, enthusiasm, attitude, and the desire to improve your team, department, factory, division and ultimately the business.
• Understanding of Root Cause Analysis techniques, fix the cause not the symptom
• Knowledge of 5s standard and implementation
• IOSH trained
• 17^th Edition or 18^th Edition Electrically competent
• Previous experience within the food industry desirable
• Boiler management – SOBA / BOAS desirable
• SIGMA / 5S knowledge desirable

As our ideal Engineer you will have:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Good IT skills
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Previous experience in a Engineering environment would be essential.
